During the initial shopping process he was super helpful in finding properties for us to look at and had a ton of knowledge about the home buying process and all the things we didn't know since this was our first home purchase. He provided such detailed explanations every time we had a question. When it came to putting in an offer on the house we wanted, he was so quick to put it together and was pivotal in getting our offer accepted. During escrow was where he really shined! Along with helping us through the normal process of things with inspections and all that, our financing fell through and he helped us to find two alternatives and worked with those companies until we could get it finalized. He was on it, constantly communicating with the financing companies, the HOA, the seller's agent, and us. Along the way, he continued to work with the seller to make sure things were smooth even though our closing got delayed. Even after closing, he's continued to be so helpful with all the questions we've had about vendors, flooring, you name it! We highly recommend Brett and will absolutely be working with him again whenever we decide to move again one day.
